Granulation FLT Operator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Operator to join a busy manufacturing and recycling operation in the Crumlin area.

This is a hands-on role combining Counterbalance FLT duties with supporting the granulation process. Candidates must be comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and willing to support the wider operation where required.

Main Duties

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading, unloading and transporting materials around site
• Moving large bags and materials between operational areas
• Feeding scrap PET material into the granulation process
• Supplying materials to the production operation
• Removing processed materials from operational areas
• Maintaining housekeeping standards within the granulation area
• Supporting the wider operation as required
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse or recycling experience
• Comfortable working within an industrial environment
• Happy working a rotating days and nights shift pattern
• Reliable and committed approach to work
• Own transport preferred due to shift start and finish times

Pay & Benefits

• £15.27 per hour basic rate
• £22.90 per hour weekday overtime
• £30.54 per hour weekend overtime
• Ongoing temporary assignment with no current end date

Please note: Whilst there is a significant amount of Counterbalance FLT work involved, this is not solely an FLT driving role. The successful candidate will also support the granulation operation and wider manufacturing team where required.
