HGV Class 2 Driver

Blue Arrow are recruiting for 9 HGV Class 2 Drivers for a leading drinks distribution company based in Wetherby, LS23. Immediate starts available.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Class 2 Drivers, LGV Drivers, HGV Drivers, and newly qualified Class C Drivers looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Pay and Benefits:

✅ £16.54 per hour

✅ Monday to Friday shifts

✅ No weekend working

✅ Temp-to-perm opportunities available

✅ Weekly pay

✅ Immediate starts following successful induction

Shift Patterns

* Shifts: Monday to Friday

* Start times and shift length: Between 5AM and 7AM Starts, 9-10 hour shifts.

Job Role

*Handball which involves the handling of Alcohol

*Multi-drop, on average between 10-15 drops a day

*Involves handling of kegs

Requirements

* Full UK Class C Licence

* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

* Previous driving experience would be preferred but new passes can be considered.

PLEASE NOTE - · 2-day induction before going out on the road which includes a driving assessment and theory test.

Theory test is basic driving questions and tachograph related questions
Driving assessment is a 1-hour drive around the area near our site which includes a mixture of roads.
2nd day of induction is manual handling training
