Blue Arrow is recruiting for a Temp to Perm HGV Class 2 Driver on behalf of our client based in Blackpool, PR4 Area.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position with a well-established company. The role involves delivering caged milk products to hospitals, wholesalers, and other commercial customers across the Blackpool, Bolton, and Manchester areas.

The Role

• Delivering caged milk products to hospitals, wholesalers, and commercial sites.
• Routes covering Blackpool, Bolton, Manchester, and surrounding areas.
• Between 8 and 20 drops per day, depending on the route.
• Driving 18T to 26T Class 2 vehicles.
• 03:00am start times.
• Working 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays.
• Job and finish
• Temp to Perm opportunity with a permanent position available following a successful temporary period.

Pay Rate

💷 £15.50 per hour

What We're Looking For

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) License.
• Valid CPC Qualification Card.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 2 years' commercial driving experience.
• Good understanding of driver regulations and road safety.
• Reliable and professional attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Newly Qualified Class 2 Drivers Considered

If you have recently passed your Class 2 license but have a minimum of 2 years' commercial 7.5T driving experience, we would still love to hear from you.

Please Note

This is a physical role. Drivers will be required to:

• Unload cages using a tail lift.
• Move cages safely onto customer premises.
• Carry out manual handling duties throughout the day.
