Home Administrator
Location: Belfast
Salary: £13 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for an organised and confident Home Administrator to support the smooth running of our care home. This is a key role providing administrative, clerical and customer service support to ensure our residents, visitors and staff receive a professional and efficient service.
About the Role
As a Home Administrator, you will:
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and reception support within the Home.
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information in line with Beaumont's Information Governance Policy.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and visiting professionals.
- Support compliance with policies including Safeguarding, Whistleblowing, and Health & Safety.
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, answering calls and managing enquiries.
- Promote the company's Vision, Values, equality and diversity in all work activities.
- Attend mandatory training and take on reasonable additional duties when required.
