Hospital Switchboard Operator

Hospital Switchboard Operator required in Birmingham!

Requirements:

- Enhanced DBS

- Admin experience required

- Hospital Switchboard experience required

- 5 Year referencing History

Duties:

Operating a control panel with internal and external calls
Directing staff and visitors to different locations within the hospital
Calling appropriate team member in case of emergency
Following fire procedures within the hospital
Organising work flow and duties set by management team
Excellent use of Microsoft software's and third party systems
Logging emergency calls
Ensuring confidentiality

Shifts:

Shift pattern is varied so flexibility of weekdays and weekends are required.

Night shift work may be required so being able to commit to nights is essential.

About You:
Able to work well in a team - Can support others around you to ensure tasks are completed
Can work well individually
Able to follow instructions
Previous experience working within a hospital setting
Must be reliable
