Housing Register Project Lead

* Salary: £30.00 per hour

* Location: The Maltsters, DE14

* Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

* Till May 2026

You will be required to design and test the arrangements for going live following the in-sourcing of this service which has been outsourced for many years.
Significant demonstrable experience of successfully leading on Project management activities. The first 10 months will be preparing for the in-sourcing of this service which will involve stakeholder meetings, public information campaigns and careful budget management as well as other related tasks.

Experience of working in delivering Part VI Allocations in a senior role.

Significant demonstrable experience of successfully leading on Project management activities.

Experience of using a range of Allocations IT packages

Housing related qualification or detailed experience in a housing environment

Ability to communicate in a clear, tactful and sympathetic way both verbally and in writing

Ability to remain calm when challenged about decisions

Ability to deal with people at all levels particularly in stressful situations
