Location - Airdrie
Working hours - 8am - 430pm Monday - Friday
Salary - £32,000
We have a client based in Airdrie who are looking for someone to join their HR team. They are open to having someone who is a strong administrator, great attention to details who has a desire to work, learn and develop their skills in HR or someone who already has HR Admin/ HR Advisor experience. Role and Responsibilities
HR Administration & Employee Records
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Coordinate recruitment activities, including:
· Liaising with candidates and hiring managers
· Scheduling interviews, booking rooms and support as required
· Report department recruitment position, including candidate availability, interviews booked, offers and new starts.
· Prepare and track offers and onboarding via CRM system, Workable
· Support new starter processes, including right-to-work checks via online system, Right Check
· Assist training department with induction attendee queries and onboarding paperwork

Absence & Leave Management
HR Policy & Compliance Support
