As an HR Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, organisational development, employee engagement, talent management, and business transformation. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring people strategies support operational and commercial success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives
• Provide expert HR advice on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management
• Support business transformation, restructuring, and change management programmes
• Lead complex employee relations matters and provide guidance on employment legislation
• Analyse workforce data and people metrics to support informed business decisions
• Identify skills gaps and support succession planning and leadership development initiatives
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion programmes
• Coach and support managers on leadership, performance management, and employee development
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and retain key talent
• Oversee organisational development and culture improvement initiatives
• Support reward, recognition, and performance management frameworks
• Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices remain legally compliant and commercially effective

Skills & Experience

We're interested in professionals who can demonstrate experience in some of the following areas:

• HR Business Partner, Senior HR Manager, People Partner, or strategic HR experience
• Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
• Workforce planning and organisational development
• Change management and business transformation support
• Talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level
• Employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
• Data analysis, workforce reporting, and HR metrics
• Policy development and HR best practice implementation
• Commercial awareness and ability to align HR activities to business goals
• CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification desirable
