Injection Mould Setter

Blue Arrow is proud to be working in partnership with a well-known an established Manufacturing company located within Nottingham, and they are looking to recruit an experienced Injection Mould Setter to join their team on a full-time basis working days.

As an Injection Mould Setter, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering the production schedule.

Hours: This role operates over an alternating shift pattern, Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm with an early finish on Fridays.

What does the Injection Mould Setter role involve?

You'll be responsible for efficient tool changes, setting and optimising the state‑of‑the‑art moulding machines, and working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth, high‑quality output.

What will you bring to the Injection Mould Setter role?

· Proven experience as an injection moulding setter in a manufacturing environment

· Confidence working with machines ranging from 50T to 320T

· A strong quality‑focused mindset

· Excellent problem‑solving abilities

· Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach

· A solid understanding of 5S and continuous improvement, with evidence of applying these principles in industry
