Our clients Injection Moulding team is expanding, and we're looking for talented, experienced setters to help them to continue delivering high‑quality plastic components to customers across the globe. About the Role

As an Injection Moulding Setter, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering the production schedule. You'll be responsible for efficient tool changes, setting and optimising the state‑of‑the‑art moulding machines, and working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth, high‑quality output.

What They're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Proven experience as an injection moulding setter in a manufacturing environment
• Confidence working with machines ranging from 50T to 320T
• A strong quality‑focused mindset
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
• A solid understanding of 5S and continuous improvement, with evidence of applying these principles in industry

Hours of Work: This role operates over an alternating shift pattern, Monday - Thursday 10pm - 6am / Friday 8pm - 3am.
