Janitor

Pay: £12.37 per hour

Contract: Minimum 12 weeks (potential extension or progression onto the shop floor)

Blue Arrow Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and proactive Janitor to join our client's team in Perth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment, and is comfortable working flexibly when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning and tidying of the facility
• Painting floors and supporting basic maintenance tasks
• Operating a ride‑on floor cleaning machine
• Maintaining cleanliness in quieter periods by completing additional tasks such as floor painting
• Supporting early starts and overtime when required

About you:

• Has previous experience in a janitorial, cleaning, or maintenance role
• Is confident using industrial cleaning equipment (including ride‑on floor cleaners)
• Can carry out basic painting tasks
• Is flexible with working hours and willing to stay on when needed
• Works well independently and takes initiative
