About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and fully qualified Joiner to join our team in Faringdon. This is a temporary position requiring someone who can integrate quickly into a team and manage high workloads in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and timber components.
- Installing doors, windows, staircases, and other joinery elements.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
- Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Working collaboratively with other trades and team members.
Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent).
- City & Guilds Carpentry & Joinery certification.
- Apprenticeship in Joinery (completed).
- Proven experience in joinery work (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CSCS card is NOT required for this role.
