Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient administrative support by managing communication, organising documents, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office operations
Customer & Tenancy Administration
- Customer Enquiries - Respond to all enquiries professionally and in line with service standards.
- Council Tax Notifications - Inform local authorities of new and outgoing tenants to ensure accurate billing.
- Bills & Utilities - Support the processing, tracking, and reconciliation of bills related to properties.
- Use & Occupation Accounts - Create and maintain accurate Use & Occupation accounts where required.
- Energy Angels Spreadsheet - Maintain and update Energy Angels data to ensure correct utility management.
Property Marketing & Allocations
- Property Marketing - Advertise properties across relevant platforms and ensure listings are accurate and up to date to include obtaining photographs
- Referrals Management - Obtain and process referrals for different accommodation types.
- Affordable Rent Assessments - Assess and record Affordable Rent calculations in line with policy.
- Homeswapper Approvals - Review and approve Homeswapper applications.
- Identify and evaluate properties to determine suitability for supporting internal operational processes
