Key Responsibilities

Provides a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
Plans and delivers engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Observes, assesses, and records children's progress and development.
Builds strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensures safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently met.

Candidate Requirements

Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent).
Possesses previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
Exhibits excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Shows passion for supporting children's learning and development.
