📍 Location: Burton-on-Trent & surrounding areas
💰 Pay: Competitive
🕒 Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (some flexibility required)
🗓️ Contract Type: Long-term

About the Role
Join a well-established, family-run business with over 30 years of experience in waste and recycling services, now expanding into the aggregates sector. This is a hands-on role for a reliable and professional LGV Driver who takes pride in safe driving, excellent service, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues
Drive LGV vehicles safely and professionally
Transport aggregates, waste, and recycling materials
Follow RTR & WTD regulations
Interact courteously with customers and site teams
Complete scheduled routes efficiently
Communicate with traffic office, garage, and site teams to resolve issues
Ideal Candidate
Experience in LGV driving (aggregates or waste industry preferred)
Valid Category C or C+E Licence, Digital Tachograph Card, and Driver CPC
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Good communication and organisational skills
Team player with a proactive attitude
Clean driving record
Brand Standards
Maintain high standards in personal appearance and vehicle presentation
Uniform provided
Health & Safety
Follow all Health & Safety policies
Participate in Near-Miss and Hazard Reporting procedures
