Loadbay Operative - Immediate Starts Available
Location: Barrow Upon Soar
Shift: 14:00 - 00:30
Pay Rate: £12.25 - £14.48 per hour
We're looking for dedicated and reliable Loadbay Operatives to join our team in Barrow Upon Soar. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a supportive team and clear progression routes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Secure outbound loads using strapping techniques
* Scan and check stock using handheld devices
* Prepare and manage load manifests
* Maintain a clean and safe loadbay area
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times
* Work closely with the transport team on vehicle movements
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational targets
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (not essential)
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
