We are recruiting Loading Bay Operatives for our client based in Barrow-upon-Soar, Loughborough (LE12). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global distribution company offering long‑term, full‑time work with full training provided.

Hours of Work

5:00pm - 3:00am

30‑minute unpaid break

Full-time, ongoing contract.

Due to the site location, your own transport is essential.

Role Responsibilities

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Shift Manager

Preparing palletised items for strapping

Securing palletised goods onto HGV trailers

Liaising with fellow loading bay operatives for load planning

Following the transport and load plan accurately

Ensuring a safe working environment for all colleagues
