Blue Arrow are recruiting Load Bay Operatives on behalf of our client,
XPO Logistics, at their busy site in Sherburn (LS25).
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and fast-paced logistics operation.
Shift Pattern (Rotating)
- Mornings: 04:45 - 13:15
- Afternoons: 12:45 - 21:15
- Nights: 20:45 - 05:15
Flexibility to work all shifts is essential.
Pay Rates
- Days: £12.71 per hour
- Afternoons: £12.71 per hour (increases to £14.67 per hour from 18:00 onwards)
- Nights: £14.67 per hour
Role Responsibilities
- Securing and unsecuring trailer loads
- Scanning trailer loads on arrival and prior to departure
- Checking and processing inbound and outbound loads
- Ensuring all goods are safely loaded and secured for transit
- Working efficiently within a busy load bay environment
- Following all health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work in a physically active, fast-paced role
- Good attention to detail, especially when scanning and checking loads
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused individuals
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
