Blue Arrow, in partnership with XPO, is recruiting Load Bay Operatives for a leading building supplies operation based in Sherburn (LS25).
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy warehouse and distribution environment, supporting the movement of products through the operation and ensuring vehicles are loaded and dispatched safely and efficiently.

The Role
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Supporting warehouse and transport operations
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Ensuring products are loaded accurately
- Working to strict health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Supporting the smooth running of a busy distribution operation
- Working as part of a team to meet operational targets
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or loading bay experience desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
