Loadbay Operatives - Ad-Hoc Shifts Available!

Location: Barrow upon Soar

Pay Rate: £12.25 - £14.48 per hour (dependent on shift)

Shift Times:

• Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 00:00
• Night Shift: 18:00 - 04:00

We're currently recruiting Loadbay Operatives for ad-hoc shift cover at our client's busy distribution site in Barrow upon Soar. This is a great opportunity to gain experience, work flexibly, and be part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure and strap outbound loads
• Scan and check stock using handheld devices
• Assist with vehicle movements and load manifests
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Work closely with the transport and warehouse teams

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or loading bay experience is beneficial but not essential
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
