What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of a 360 recruitment role, including:

✅ Developing new business opportunities across the Driving and Logistics sector

✅ Building and managing relationships with transport managers, operations teams and key decision-makers

✅ Recruiting and supporting HGV, LGV and professional driving talent

✅ Matching quality candidates to client requirements

✅ Managing client accounts and delivering exceptional service

✅ Conducting candidate interviews, registrations and compliance checks

✅ Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts

✅ Supporting workforce planning for some of the region's leading logistics businesses

This is a role where no two days are the same, and where success is genuinely rewarded.

Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, particularly within Driving, Logistics, Transport or Industrial recruitment, but it's not essential.
