Lunchtime Supervisor

Lunchtime Supervisors REQUIRED:

We are seeking reliable, and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisors to support pupils during their lunch break and help create a safe environment.

LOCATIONS:

Birmingham and Wolverhampton

KEY RESPONSIBLE:

• Supervising pupils during lunch breaks, both indoors and outdoors.

• Providing 1:1 support to individual pupils where required, helping them access lunchtime activities safely.

• Assisting pupils with any issues, concerns, or minor disagreements that arise during lunchtime.

• Reporting accidents, incidents, safeguarding concerns, or behavioural issues to the appropriate staff members.

• Ensuring the cafeteria/canteen and dining areas remain clean, safe, and tidy.

• Supporting pupils with additional needs to ensure they have a positive lunchtime experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience working as a lunchtime supervisor or with children

• Good communication and observation skills

• Hold an enhanced DBS disclosure issued within the last 12 months or on the update service

• Safeguarding and Benedicts Law training, Blue Arrow can support with training

• Excellent reliability and punctuality

• Must be able to commit to Monday to Friday

HOURS:

Monday to Friday 11.30am-1/1.30pm
