Maintenance Engineer

* To maintain the site electrical equipment to ensure always in good working condition.

* To assist with installation of new plant and equipment.

* To carry out planned preventative mechanical/electrical maintenance and repairs of all electrically operated plant and supplies across the whole site.

* To assist in major breakdowns and equipment failures.

* Ensure all equipment is safe to operate

* Monitor equipment on an on-going basis.

* Make recommendations for future improvements

* To source and liaise with external contractors and suppliers

* To monitor contractors when on site.

* To ensure that all Health and Safety standards are maintained and that you show due diligence at all times.

* To comply with all company policies and procedures e.g. health & safety, training & development, quality, disciplinary & grievance and sickness & absence etc.

* To carry out any other reasonable requests to meet the needs of the business.
