Following a period of significant growth (with headcount doubling in the past few years), the company is preparing to launch an exciting rebrand and new website. As Marketing Executive, you'll be right at the heart of this transformation-helping shape how the brand shows up across digital channels, trade shows, and press.


🚀 About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and creative marketer to deliver the day-to-day marketing activity that supports product launches, exhibitions, digital communications, and brand storytelling.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and in-house creative team, you'll manage social media calendars, update the website, write compelling content, and support the rollout of a new brand identity-making this a great role for someone who enjoys variety, creativity, and collaboration.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver the social media content calendar across LinkedIn and Instagram.

  • Write and coordinate blog posts, press releases, newsletters, and case studies.

  • Keep the website up to date, including product pages, project stories, and news.

  • Work with internal teams to identify and develop project content and case studies.

  • Monitor competitor activity across digital, PR, and social channels.

  • Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions and trade events.

  • Assist with the rebrand rollout and ensure consistency across digital and print assets.

  • Coordinate with the in-house designer on creative briefs and asset delivery.

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Manager on campaigns, reporting, and research.


What We're Looking For

This role is perfect for someone with strong content skills, a good eye for design, and a love for organised, creative marketing execution.

You'll bring:

  • A degree in marketing, journalism, design, or related field-or experience in a similar marketing role.

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

  • Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.

  • Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools.

  • A good understanding of design and brand-Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience a bonus.

  • A proactive, detail-focused mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

  • Collaborative and confident working in a small, specialist team.
