What You'll Be Doing:
· Deliver engaging, high-quality Maths lessons, including GCSE level
· Adapt your teaching to suit diverse abilities and neurodiverse learners
· Design inclusive, learner-centered lessons and Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
· Support learners in overcoming barriers and developing confidence in Maths
· Maintain detailed progress reports and work with awarding bodies
· Encourage a love of learning and promote reading for pleasure
· Collaborate with a passionate team to enhance curriculum delivery

· Salary: £28,000 - £37,000
· Full-time hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (40hrs/week)

What You'll Need:
· A degree in Maths or significant experience teaching Maths
· A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
· A positive, patient, and passionate attitude toward adult education
· A belief in second chances and the power of learning to transform lives
