MIG Welder

Location: Derby City Centre

Pay: £18 to £20 per hour

Start date: 3 March

Duration: Minimum 3 weeks

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm

We are looking for an experienced Bench Welder and MIG Welder to join a busy engineering workshop in Derby. You will be working on mild steel components, producing high quality welds and completing fabrication tasks at a bench workstation.

What you will be doing

* MIG welding on mild steel parts 🔧

* Bench based fabrication and assembly 🛠

* Working from engineering drawings 📐

* Preparing, welding and finishing components to a high standard

* Carrying out quality checks on completed work ✔

* Keeping your work area clean and following safety procedures

What we are looking for

* Previous experience as a MIG Welder or Bench Welder

* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work ⭐

* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
