MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician

We are looking for a reliable and experienced MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out MOT tests, servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and general vehicle maintenance to a high standard.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in their work, delivers excellent customer service, and works well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards and regulations.
• Complete vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a range of makes and models.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using appropriate equipment.
• Carry out brake, clutch, suspension, exhaust, tyre, and engine-related repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Accurately complete job cards, inspection sheets, and MOT documentation.
• Identify additional work required and communicate findings clearly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
• Follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times.

Provide professional and helpful service to customers when required.
