Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: RAF Alconbury/Molesworth & North West London
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £34,000.00 per year

About the role:
Your role will involve carrying out a wide range of tasks including plumbing, drainage, carpentry, tiling, and general building repairs. You'll work from a pre-planned work diary and handle both reactive and planned maintenance, with occasional refurbishment projects to keep things interesting.
Whether you're responding to urgent repairs or completing scheduled upgrades, you'll be expected to solve problems efficiently and deliver top-notch results. You'll also be interacting directly with MOD families and clients, so excellent communication and customer service are essential.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone experienced, reliable, and proactive. You should have solid experience in carpentry, along with other general maintenance on housing. You will need a full UK driving licence.
You'll need to be confident working independently, making informed decisions, and managing your van stock efficiently. A flexible and adaptable approach is vital, as the role includes shift patterns and some out-of-hours cover. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are also essential to your success in this role.
You will need to be able to pass SC Clearance to be eligible for this role.
