The role is nightshift working 4 on 4 off 7pm to 7am.

As Manufacturing Manager, you'll lead a night shift production team in a busy food manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for delivering key KPIs across safety, quality, service, and cost - while also acting as the site's senior contact during out-of-hours operations.
Key responsibilities as a Manufacturing Manager include:
Leading and developing the night shift team to meet operational goals
Managing hygiene, changeovers, and shift handovers
Driving a strong safety and continuous improvement culture
Controlling raw material usage and operational costs
Supporting audits, investigations, and performance reporting
To be successful, you'll have:
Previous food production management experience is essential
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety, H&S, and cost control
IT skills, including Excel and MRP/ERP systems (SAP experience desirable)
Food manufacturing, BRC standards, or bakery production - desirable
Previous work in a 24/7 or 12-hour shift environment - desirable
