💷 Excellent Pay Rates
✅ Level 2 Practitioner - £15.00 per hour
✅ Level 3 Practitioner - £18.00 per hour
🕒 Flexible Hours
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible working days to suit your schedule
🎯 What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities that encourage children's learning and development
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can flourish
- Acting as a Key Person, building positive relationships with children and their families
- Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress and achievements
- Promoting children's wellbeing, independence, and confidence every day
✅ What We're Looking For
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
- A current Enhanced DBS
- Experience working with children under 5 years old
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young children during their early years journey
