Room Leader - Early Years (Level 3+) - Basingstoke
Salary: £32,000 to £34,000

We're looking for an experienced Room Leader to join a nursery team in the Heart of Basingstoke to help deliver high‑quality early years education.
About the Role
- Lead and support staff across one or more nursery rooms
- Plan and deliver engaging, EYFS‑aligned activities
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Act as a Key Person and build strong relationships with families
- Track children's development and maintain accurate records
- Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are met
- Support staff development through coaching and role‑modelling

- Located in Basingstoke Area
- Rated Good by Ofsted
- Capacity for 120

What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Experience in an early years setting
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Passion for high‑quality childcare and education
