Location: Ice Rink Leisure Centre, Oxford OX1 1RQ
Working Hours: 37 hours per week covering a mixture of shifts including every other weekend.
Salary: £25,662.00 per annum + Excellent benefits

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Ice Operations Assistant to join our team.
The Ice Operations Assistant's role is to work within the centre, ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care at all times. The role will involve supervision of specific activities including stewarding the ice Rink sessions, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and the safe handling and set up of equipment.
The Ice Operations Assistant will work on a rolling 2 week shift basis, working earlies, lates, weekends and bank holidays. Ice Operations Assistants will report directly to the Duty Manager.

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
About you
The Ice Operations Assistant will be required to complete a skate test so must be able to Ice Skate
A first aid at work qualification is also desirable but training will be provided.
The Ice Operations Assistant will be required to complete Ice Cuts so a driving licence is required.
A passion for Winter sports is welcomed.

Experience of working in a busy leisure environment

Post holder shall wear designated uniform provided when on duty and follow appropriate code of appearance in this respect.
