Operations Controller / Technical Operations Technician

£30,000 - £40,000 DOE

Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 5:00pm

The Role

Our client based in Hillington are looking for an organised, hands-on, and technically minded individual to support their day-to-day operations. This is a varied role involving stock control, product configuration, testing, and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain stock levels.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
• Program and test products before dispatch.
• Configure products to customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure quality standards are met.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Strong IT skills and confident using Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

Desirable

• Experience in door entry, access control, CCTV, electronics, or IT.
• Product testing, configuration, or technical assembly experience.
• Stock control or warehouse experience.
