We are looking for a team of staff who have previously been employed in a picking and packing role and who is familiar with working to hourly targets and pick rates. You will have used a hand held scanner and picked customer orders individually

What You'll Be Doing

· Picking and packing high‑demand, fast‑moving consumer products

· Using hand‑held scanners to follow pick routes and scan items

· Ensuring accuracy, quality, and excellent attention to detail in all orders you are responsible for

· Supporting performance targets in a supportive team environment

Pay & Shifts

· £13.00 per hour minimum

· Enhanced night rates

· 4 on / 4 off shift pattern - great work life balance

· Days: 06:00 - 18:00

· Nights: 18:00 - 06:00

Perfect for anyone wanting a balanced shift pattern with predictable, long‑term work. Weekend work is included as the 4 days move each week
