Packing Operatives

Blue Arrow are working with a well-established client based in Langport to recruit for multiple Meat Packing Operative positions.

Due to the location of this client, you will need to commute via your own vehicle.

You will be working 4 out of the 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 6am - 6pm. On a rotating day off shift pattern.

For example, to make this clear:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

Your standard hourly pay is £13ph with a potential to grow your hourly pay, the more you pack, the more you earn!

Your responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and organised workstation including tools, tables and machinery.

Communicate effectively with coworkers and ensure health and safety standards are met at all times.

Assist with the unloading of meat shipments and storage organisation.

Be reliable and attend your booked in shifts.

You do not need experience for these positions, but any previous butcher/food production experience will be appreciated.

The client is based roughly around a 25-minute drive from Taunton, Ilminster and Bridgwater.
