Our client based in Stepps are looking for an part time administrator to join their team. Three working days per week the client is flexible on one day but you must be able to work Monday and Tuesday. Please see more about the job below…..
You'll provide administrative support within the Customer Response and Streetworks team, to help drive outstanding customer service and outperform other key regulatory targets. You'll drive customer experience through communication of progress to customers.
You'll support Risk Technicians, our Alliance partnership and other interdependent functions by the timely and comprehensive preparation of work packs for all planned and reactive activities. You'll also provide support to other team members within the department to allow us to collectively enhance both customer and stakeholder experience in line with our targets and aspirations.
You'll input data into Salesforce, including the generation of work orders. You'll ensure the accuracy of all information which progresses through Salesforce and where required interrogate systems and engage with stakeholders to amend any inaccuracies.
You'll ensure that work volumes progressing through Salesforce are kept up to date, and within customer service level agreements.
You'll process Ironwork jobs through Dynamics and close liaising with our Alliance Partners on all jobs.
What you'll need
You're able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills which can be adapted to fit a range of situations and people. You'll demonstrate a strong customer focus and will be driven to provide the highest level of service you can.
You'll be well organised and have a proven track record of time management skills.
A strong degree of IT skills is essential, but we'll provide training on system specifics. You'll have a commitment to continual learning and development of new skills.
