📦 Warehouse Operative - Castle Donington

💰 Pay Rate: £14.66 per hour

🕒 Shifts: Rotating weekly - 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm (Monday to Friday)

📄 Contract: Temporary ongoing, with potential for permanent placement

🔧 Role Overview: Blue Arrow is recruiting motivated Warehouse Operatives to join a leading manufacturing firm in Castle Donington. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, energetic, and keen to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

* Picking and packing a range of items

* Manually loading boxes (up to 15kg) onto conveyor belts

* Recording stock using scanners and internal systems

* Building cardboard boxes and organizing packing supplies

* Supporting general warehouse operations as required

👤 What We're Looking For:

* Strong team collaboration skills

* Physically capable and confident with manual handling

* Positive mindset with a willingness to learn

* Clear and courteous communication

* Basic reading and math ability

* Commitment to safety protocols

* Able to provide and wear hi-vis gear and safety boots
