📌 Job Title: Picker/Packer

📍 Location: Speke, Liverpool

🕒 Working Hours: 6am-2pm OR 2pm-10pm 5 days over 7 Monday - Sunday

🎯 Job Purpose:

To accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

* Pick items from shelves or storage areas using handheld scanners or pick lists

* Pack products securely and efficiently into boxes or containers

* Label and seal packages for shipment

* Check items for damage or discrepancies and report issues

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

* Follow health and safety procedures at all times

* Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts as needed

✅ Requirements:

Skills & Experience:

* Previous warehouse or packing experience (preferred but not essential)

* Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

* Good attention to detail

* Basic numeracy and literacy skills

* Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and standing for long periods

Qualifications:

* No formal qualifications required

* Forklift license (desirable for some roles)
