Join a world-renowned manufacturing leader committed to the highest standards of health and safety. As a Production and Fabrication Operative, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process-operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficiency.

Full training provided, but previous experience is essential.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Experience in production/manufacturing (welding or machine setup is a plus)
• Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
• Quality-focused and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Motivated, eager to learn, and task-focused
• Positive, "can-do" attitude

💰 Pay Rates

• Morning Shift: £13.45/hr (up to £16.99/hr with service)
• Afternoon Shift: £15.33/hr (up to £18.87/hr with service)

🕒 Shift Patterns

• Day Shift: Mon-Thu 06:00-14:30, Fri 06:00-12:00
• Afternoon Shift: Mon-Thu 14:30-23:00, Fri 12:00-18:00
  Full flexibility required for rotating shifts
