💷 Pay Rates

* Day Shift: £13.45 per hour

* Afternoon Shift: £15.34 per hour

* Pay Progression:

- Increase to £16.99 (Morning Shift) and £18.87 (Afternoon Shift) based on length of service

🕒 Working Hours

Rotating Shifts:

* Day Shift:

- Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30

- Friday: 06:00 - 12:00

* Afternoon Shift:

- Monday to Thursday: 14:30 - 23:00

- Friday: 12:00 - 18:00

🔧 About the Role

We are seeking reliable, experienced and detail-oriented Assembly Operative to join our production team. You'll be assembling high-quality heating systems in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

* Assemble heating system components according to technical drawings and specifications

* Conduct quality checks to ensure safety and performance standards

* Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely

* Maintain a clean and organised work area

* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

* Follow all health and safety procedures
