Location: Indurent Park, Derby

Pay: £14.05 - £20.75 per hour

Full-Time | 38+ Hours | 3-Shift Rotation

Weekly Pay | Overtime | Immediate Starts

Blue Arrow is recruiting experienced Production & Assembly Operatives to join a modern manufacturing facility in Derby.

This is a hands-on role involving production, assembly, fabrication, machine operation, welding equipment and quality testing.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating bespoke manufacturing machinery
• Operating BOSS welding stations
• Fabricating and assembling components
• Using hand and power tools
• Carrying out pressure testing and quality checks
• Operating hoists and lifting equipment
• Following technical drawings and work instructions
• Identifying and reporting defects
• Working safely to production and quality standards

What We're Looking For

You will need:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, engineering or a similar hands-on environment
• Experience using hand and/or power tools
• Confidence working with machinery and production equipment
• Good attention to detail and quality
• Availability to work 38+ hours per week
• Availability to work a full 3-shift rotation covering days, afternoons and nights

Experience with fabrication, welding, machine operation, pressure testing, quality inspection, technical drawings or hoists would be an advantage.

You don't need experience in every area. Transferable manufacturing and engineering skills will be considered, and training is provided on site-specific equipment.

Important: Shifts & Travel

This role is based at Indurent Park, Derby.

• Reliably get home after 23:00 finishes
• Work days, afternoons and nights as part of an ongoing 3-shift rotation

You do not need to own a car, but you must have reliable travel arrangements for all shift times.

Days

Mon-Thu: 06:00-14:30

Fri: 06:00-12:00

£14.05ph, progressing to £17.75ph

Afternoons

Mon-Thu: 14:30-23:00

Fri: 12:00-18:00

£16.02ph, progressing to £19.72ph

Nights

Sun: 20:30-06:00

Mon-Thu: 23:00-06:00

£17.05ph, progressing to £20.75ph
