Are you looking for full time work where you're a valued member of the team? If so, we have the perfect role for you! We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Production Operative to join our client, located in Potters Bar.

We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, hardworking and consistently reliable. You should have good hand eye coordination and be dexterous. Ideally your CV will demonstrate some prior production, machinery operation or mechanical experience.

Reporting to the Foreman, this role will entail working in a small friendly team within a manufacturing / production environment. Duties will include assembling parts, packing, warehouse tasks and machinery operation. The work can be quite repetitive and may at times be physically demanding due the nature of the products and processes. Full training will be given.

* Available Monday to Friday - 40 hours week
* Eligible for a permanent job as this is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate
* Possess an enthusiastic attitude but not mind repetitive tasks
* Demonstrate prior relevant experience
* Have a desire to learn
* Be physically fit as the role entails lifting

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Shift Time: 07:00am - 15:30pm (paid 40 hours)
Pay Rate: £13 per hour initially, paid weekly!
Location: Potters Bar, EN6
