Production Operative
Location: Lenton, NG7
Training: Monday-Friday 10pm-6am
Training pay rate: £16.96 p/h
Hours after training: Friday - Sunday 6pm - 6am
After training pay rate: Friday and Saturday £16.96 p/h; Sunday: £25.44 p/h

What You'll Be Doing:
* Packing premium goods with precision
* Visual inspections to ensure every item meets high standards
* Running and maintaining specialist machinery
* Keeping the work environment safe and clean
* Working closely with your team to meet targets
* Handling materials safely and efficiently

What we're looking for:
* A reliable, hardworking, true team player
* Bring experience from a production, warehouse, or hands-on environment
* Communicate clearly and confidently in English
* Have basic maths skills and a good eye for detail
* Are happy to wear PPE (safety shoes and hi vis)
* You want to grow with a company that values skill and attitude
* Strong dexterity
