Production Operatives - Holloware/Glazing Department

Location: Ripley

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work in the Holloware/Glazing department for one of our clients based in Ripley. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business in a hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand-glazing products with care and precision
• Operating machinery in shaping or finishing departments
• Loading and unloading trollies with materials or finished goods
• Final inspection - checking product quality and detail
• Supporting general factory duties across the site

Working Environment:

• Fast-paced and physical - you'll be on your feet throughout the shift
• Some areas may be dusty, warm, or noisy - full PPE is provided
• A site tour will be arranged prior to your first shift to help you get familiar with the role

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be able to drive to site
• Must have safety shoes and hi-vis clothing
• Hands-on and willing to learn new skills
• Flexible and open to working in different departments
• Reliable and punctual
• Health and safety conscious
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented
