Production Operative

Blue Arrow are recruiting for Production Operatives in Middleton M24.

The client specialises in the manufacture of carpets and mats.

Duties will include:

* Operate machinery to cut, shape, and finish mats to specifications.
* Inspect raw materials for quality before use.
* Apply adhesives, coatings, or treatments to mats.
* Conduct quality control checks on finished products.
* Package mats securely for storage or shipment.

Candidates must be flexible to work on a rotating 3 shift pattern Monday - Friday - 6am-2pm / 10pm-6am / 2pm-10pm

6am-2pm shift - £12.54 p/h

2pm-10pm shift - 5.5 X Hours @ £12.54 p/h & 2 X Hours @ £15.05 p/h

10pm-6am shift - £15.05 p/h

Overtime Monday - Friday & Saturdays is time and a half

Overtime on Sunday is double pay

Long term ongoing full-time work - may lead to permanent for the right candidates

Candidates must have some form of production / warehouse experience.
