Production Operative

Blue Arrow is recruiting for a hands- on Production Operative to join one of our prestigious clients in the engineering/Fabrications industry in the ST10 area (Temp to perm for the right candidate). This would be ideal for someone that has worked in Manufacturing / Engineering and wants a role in which they can learn and develop.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Stoke on Trent (ST10)

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 06:00-16.30 - 4 day working week Friday morning would be required during busier periods

Pay Rate: £13.28per hour, overtime paid at £17.70per hour after 37 hours.

Duties Include (but not limited to):

Fitting Bollhoff components to counterweights

Carrying our general production and fabrication tasks

Operating basic workshop tools and equipment

Following drawings, instructions, and quality standards

Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Supporting other areas of production as required

Liaising with management team on faults / issues during early stages to ensure customer satisfaction

What we are looking for:

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, but experience in a manufacturing / engineering role also considered

Experience using hand tools (a pistol drill would be advantageous)

A great attention to detail

Willing to learn

Great attitude towards work, taking pride in the results of your hard work

Reliable and flexible
