Blue Arrow is recruiting Food Production Operatives for a full-time opportunity with a leading organic food producer.
💰 Salary: £13 per hour

🕒 Hours: 45/week | Mon-Fri 05:00-14:30 or 07:00-16:30 |

About the Role:
Join a passionate team crafting high-quality organic products. No experience needed - full training provided!
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare fresh ingredients
* Follow recipes and food safety procedures
* Support with packaging, labelling & stock rotation
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
