🏭 Factory Operatives - Production, Finishing, Inspection & Packing!

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Shifts: Monday - Friday (Rotating)

Hours: * 6:00am - 2:00pm * 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're recruiting Factory Operatives to join a well-established local manufacturer producing high-quality products for customers across the UK and beyond.

Whether you're involved in production, finishing, inspection, packing, or supporting the movement of goods around the site, every role plays an important part in delivering an outstanding finished product.

🔧 About the Role:

We're recruiting across several production departments, offering variety and opportunities to learn different skills across the factory.

Duties may include:

* Hand-finishing products with care and attention to detail

* Operating production and manufacturing equipment ⚙️

* Quality checking finished goods 👀

* Packing products ready for dispatch 📦

* Loading and unloading materials and stock

* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace cleanliness

* Following health and safety procedures at all times

This is a busy and physically active role. You'll be on your feet for most of the shift and may be required to lift and move products throughout the day.

⚠️ A Few Things to Note:

* The manufacturing environment can be warm, dusty and occasionally noisy.

* Full PPE will be provided where required. * Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
