Our client is a leading pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturing organisation looking to recruit a Production Operative to join their busy and growing team in Burton upon Trent.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or regulated environments who are looking to build a long-term career within a clean, professional, and highly regulated workplace.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the production process, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in line with strict quality standards.

Duties may include:

Operating production and manufacturing equipment
Following detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Accurately completing production documentation
Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and hygiene
Working in accordance with health and safety regulations
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production area

Shift Pattern

Week 1:

🕕 6:00am - 2:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Week 2:

🕐 1:00pm - 9:00pm (Monday to Thursday)

🕚 11:00am - 7:00pm (Friday)

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or operational environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
Experience working within a regulated environment would be advantageous but is not essential
