Production Operative

Location: High Wycombe

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in High Wycombe. Working as part of a production line, you will assist with the assembly and production of water dispensing equipment, ensuring products are built to quality standards and production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Working on a production line assembling water dispensing equipment
Following production processes and work instructions
Carrying out quality checks on completed products
Handling materials and components safely
Supporting colleagues to achieve production targets
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

Previous production, assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing experience desirable
Able to carry out repetitive tasks accurately
Comfortable standing for long periods
Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Team player with a positive attitude
